Turnaround time

Kindly be advised that I do ko-fi commissions alongside other types of commissions, including my monthly art membership. The delivery timeframe may be subject to extension in the event that I am concurrently working on another commission. Please understand.
Kindly understand that I have real-life commitments that may influence my availability for work throughout the week, including replying to DMs.

How it works
Each month, I create a new animated YCH. Art Bear Members get early access at a lower price before public release! Previous YCHs are available for commission, with some seasonal ones discontinued.
As a member, you're guaranteed a spot in next month's YCH if your subscription is active and paid by the 20th. Subscriptions renew automatically unless there's an issue with your card.
Membership is first-come, first-serve. Join my Discord and react to the "commission ☁️" role for slot notifications.
⚠️ Remember to cancel your subscription if you don't want to be charged next month. No refunds for forgotten cancellations, and chargebacks may result in being blacklisted.
Important note
I do not draw furry, anthro, mecha characters.
Each piece is unique, I animate them individually so there may be a slight difference in animation.
YCHs will often be animated emotes (112x112). If they are stream assets, they won't be resized to emote sizes.
GIF files don't show transparency well, please take note if your character design includes it. Your character will be simplified, and there will be no WIPs. Please mention important features of your design if needed.
Art Bear Premium members will receive an extra file (approx. 300x300) for use as stream assets, Twitter uploads, or Discord stickers.

Please send me a reference of your character, and any other information regarding the YCH if required. Multiple references are always welcome. (chibi preferred)
Please use Ko-fi DMs for all communications, including sending references and final files.
If you do not provide me with the information required for the YCH, I will pick them for you.
If there is no reference provided by the end of the first month of your subscription, your YCH will be extremely delayed as I set myself a specific timeline to complete them and move on to the next month. If there is no reference in 2 months, it means you forfeit the YCH with no refunds, please understand.
Please do not assume that I already have your reference even if you have commissioned me before.

Loyalty Rewards
Members who have been with us for 12 months or more are eligible for an extra reward as a token of appreciation for your loyal support.
This will help me avoid art block as I will have the creative freedom to create what I feel like! The current plan for these rewards is chibi busts.
Please do not rush me; I will complete them in my free time, which may take up to a year or longer.
I reserve the right to withdraw this reward if I feel you are being unreasonable, or made me uncomfy in any way.
These are only for personal/streaming use, you are not allowed to profit from them in any way.
Please note that the reward can only be claimed with an active subscription and will only be eligible to those who are subscribed for 12 months consecutively. Without an active subscription, we won't be able to grant you the reward, even if you were subscribed for 12 months in the past.

How long do I have to wait?
You may check your position in queue here.
Currently the turn around time is 3 months minimum before I start. How long more after I start depends on the complexity of the commission. However, I do offer rush orders where they can be completed within 1-2 weeks. Please make sure you are able to wait before deciding to commission me, your patience is greatly appreciated.
What are rush orders?
If you paid the rush fee, your commission will be considered a rush order. I will work on your commission first, putting aside all others. your order will be done within 2 weeks maximum depending on how big the order is. Rush orders are +50% of the final price.
Can I use the art for merchandise?
You may only use my work as emotes, alerts, assets, profile pictures online. Please DM me regarding commercial rates if you would like to sell them as merchandise, thank you
Do you only animate emotes drawn by you?
No, I can animate both existing emotes from other artists and emotes drawn by me. However, please make sure to have approval from the artist.
What files do you need for animation?
A PNG file with minimim size of 112×112 is all i need! however, if the artist is ok with sending their original files (sai, csp, psd), it will help me speed up the process and your commission.

"Do I need to pay if you were to create a character for me from scratch?"
Nope, it's free! However, everything will be done on the reward day itself, so please prepare all descriptions and images so that we can swiftly and smoothly create your desired character design.
"If first and second place are tied, who wins?"
Raffles for extra art bear coins are hosted throughout the stream to avoid this problem but in any case there are still ties, we will spin the wheel!
